Making a Will is the only way to ensure that your wishes are carried out after your death. If you have not made a valid Will, your estate will be distributed in accordance with governmental intestacy rules. This may not be what you would have wished. Your assets will not necessarily pass to the people whom you would want to benefit or the proportions you would wish them to receive. It is likely to take longer to finalise than if you had made a Will which may mean added stress and financial strain on your loved ones.

Making a will is, for many people, one of those things that you intend to do but never quite get round to.  Bearing in mind the consequent importance of this document, it would seem to make excellent sense to ensure that the process is carried out properly. All the Companies in the Will Writing Clinic Directory provide special rates to NHS Staff, friends and family members in Scotland.
